The HPSS award has changed. Is your team paid right?
From 1 October, pay under the Health Professionals award is set differently. If you employ therapists, especially anyone who supervises, mentors or leads a team, there are two things to check now.

- What changed at each level, in plain English
- The new rates, from Year 1 to Level 4
- The two checks to make now, and the date to diarise for next year
