There's nothing more you need to do except put it into your schedule and join us in-person at our clinic at 6pm on Thursday, 26th April 2025.

While we’ll explore practical strategies around this topic, the heart of this event is about connection - creating a space where parents and carers can build friendships and share their journey in a supportive community.

Please remember that this evening session is a child-free event to focus on giving parents and carers a chance to connect without distractions.
