Pediatric therapists are looking for the most effective approach when working with their clients. One intervention, supported by current research, is the Perception-Action Approach. This one-hour on-demand webinar highlights the theory of Perception-Action and its role in the developmental and therapeutic process.
The concepts of variability, environmental affordances, manual guidance and environmental set-up will be discussed. Several short videos will be utilized to illustrate a comparison of typical and atypical motor development and specific intervention components.
