Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the MoveAbout Therapy Services Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By accepting an invitation to join the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Program Overview

  • The Affiliate Program is operated by MoveAbout Therapy Services (ABN: 73 126 301 714), based in Australia.

  • The Program provides Affiliates with the opportunity to promote MoveAbout Therapy Services offerings and receive commissions on qualifying purchases.

  • Participation is by invitation only.

2. Commission & Discounts

  • Affiliates will earn a fixed commission of AUD $50 for each qualifying purchase made using their affiliate code.

  • The customer making the purchase will also receive a $50 discount when using the code.

  • Commissions are payable immediately upon successful conversion, via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal details are correct and up to date.

3. Eligibility & Enrolment

  • Affiliates are invited directly by MoveAbout Therapy Services; no open applications are accepted.

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate.

  • Affiliates are considered independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of MoveAbout Therapy Services.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

  • Promote MoveAbout Therapy Services truthfully and in good faith.

  • Use only marketing materials and logos approved or provided by MoveAbout Therapy Services.

  • Avoid misleading, false, or unethical advertising practices.

Affiliates must not:

  • Engage in spam marketing, cookie stuffing, or other fraudulent activity.

  • Misrepresent MoveAbout Therapy Services or its offerings.

  • Use paid search advertising that bids on MoveAbout Therapy Services’ trademarks or brand terms.

5. Termination

  • Affiliate termination: Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by emailing [email protected] to request removal.

  • MoveAbout termination: MoveAbout Therapy Services may terminate or suspend an Affiliate’s participation immediately, without notice, if the Affiliate:

    • breaches these Terms,

    • engages in fraudulent or misleading behaviour, or

    • acts in a way that may harm the reputation of MoveAbout Therapy Services.

6. Liability

  • MoveAbout Therapy Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising standards and tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

 

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

8. Updates to Terms

  • MoveAbout Therapy Services may update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
