Terms & Conditions for Challenging the Story of Behaviour Online Course

1. Program Description

The "Challenging the Story of Behaviour" online training program is a professional development and educational resource only. It is not therapy or a substitute for therapeutic, clinical, medical, or psychological advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding your specific situation.

This course provides educational insights into behaviour support strategies for parents, caregivers, and professionals. While it is designed to be practical and informed by current evidence and best practice models, it does not constitute individualised therapeutic guidance.

2. Access Duration

Your purchase provides access to the course materials and modules for 16 weeks from the date of enrolment. Access will expire automatically at the end of this period unless otherwise stated. No extensions or refunds are granted based on non-completion within this timeframe.

3. Refund Policy – Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee for Parent/Caregiver and Professional registrations.

To be eligible:

  • You must complete the full training and

  • Submit at least one completed ABC-IDEAS worksheet (de-identified if preferred) as evidence that the tool was attempted, if you are requesting a refund.

If, after doing so, you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected]. Refund requests must be received within the 16-week access period.

4. Partner Access for Parents/Caregivers

When registering under the Parent/Caregiver rate, you may share your course access with one partner you are in a personal relationship with (e.g., spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend, grandparent).

This is a one-time access extension for couples or family units supporting the same child. This offer is not transferable to friends, professional colleagues, or others.

5. Student Access Policy

Students and graduating students are welcome to register at the Parent/Caregiver rate.

To gain full access to professional bonuses (e.g., completion certificate and case-based live sessions), students must email [email protected] after enrolling. These additions are manually enabled.

6. Professional Registration Includes:

  • Full access to the 8-module training (approx. 4+ hours)

  • All launch bonuses

  • Certificate of Completion (for CPD/PD purposes) – for professional registration only

  • CEUs (if applicable) – for professional registration only

  • Two live case-based sessions for professionals

  • Monthly Q&A sessions (timing as scheduled)

Parent/Caregiver registrations do not include the professional certificate or access to the professional case sessions.

7. Appropriate Conduct

We reserve the right to remove access from anyone found sharing login details beyond the permitted use, misusing course materials, or disrupting live sessions or community groups. Access will be terminated without refund in such cases.

8. Copyright and Content Use

All materials in this course are copyright MoveAbout Therapy Services and/or Dave Jereb. By enrolling, you agree:

  • Not to distribute, copy, or republish any material from the course.

  • To use materials for your personal or professional development only.

  • Not to share downloadable content outside of the allowed partner arrangement.

Use of frameworks like ABC-IDEAS or The Connected Caregiver Model must be attributed when used in public settings.

9. Testimonials

Any testimonials displayed are based on participant experience of the workshop delivery, clarity, and usefulness of educational materials. They do not refer to therapeutic or clinical outcomes and comply with AHPRA guidelines.

10. Payment Plans

10.1 Structure & Payment Terms
For Offers sold via a payment plan, the Buyer agrees to pay the specified monthly instalments (e.g. three equal payments) over the period defined at purchase. The total cost of the Offer will be the instalment amount multiplied by the number of payments (for example, AUD $123 × 3 = AUD $369).

10.2 Access & Termination
Access to the course and included bonuses will be granted after the first instalment is processed. If any subsequent instalment fails or is not paid, MoveAbout reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the course until payments are brought up to date.

10.3 Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
The Payment Plan is subject to the same Money‑Back Satisfaction Guarantee terms as one‑time payment Offers (see clause 3). However, refunds will only be processed if all remaining instalments are cancelled, and the buyer has complied with the requirements of the guarantee (e.g. completed the training and submitted an ABC‑IDEAS worksheet).

10.4 Fees & Processing Costs
A small administrative fee may be included in the payment plan instalments to cover payment processing and administrative overhead. This additional cost is built into the instalment amounts and is disclosed at checkout.

10.5 No Partial Cancellation
The Buyer may not partially cancel or reduce the number of instalments (e.g. going from 3 to 2) without prior written agreement from MoveAbout.
