1. Program Description
The "Challenging the Story of Behaviour" online training program is a professional development and educational resource only. It is not therapy or a substitute for therapeutic, clinical, medical, or psychological advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding your specific situation.
This course provides educational insights into behaviour support strategies for parents, caregivers, and professionals. While it is designed to be practical and informed by current evidence and best practice models, it does not constitute individualised therapeutic guidance.
2. Access Duration
Your purchase provides access to the course materials and modules for 16 weeks from the date of enrolment. Access will expire automatically at the end of this period unless otherwise stated. No extensions or refunds are granted based on non-completion within this timeframe.
3. Refund Policy – Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee for Parent/Caregiver and Professional registrations.
To be eligible:

You must complete the full training and

Submit at least one completed ABC-IDEAS worksheet (de-identified if preferred) as evidence that the tool was attempted, if you are requesting a refund.
If, after doing so, you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected]. Refund requests must be received within the 16-week access period.
4. Partner Access for Parents/Caregivers
When registering under the Parent/Caregiver rate, you may share your course access with one partner you are in a personal relationship with (e.g., spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend, grandparent).
This is a one-time access extension for couples or family units supporting the same child. This offer is not transferable to friends, professional colleagues, or others.
5. Student Access Policy
Students and graduating students are welcome to register at the Parent/Caregiver rate.
To gain full access to professional bonuses (e.g., completion certificate and case-based live sessions), students must email [email protected] after enrolling. These additions are manually enabled.

7. Appropriate Conduct
We reserve the right to remove access from anyone found sharing login details beyond the permitted use, misusing course materials, or disrupting live sessions or community groups. Access will be terminated without refund in such cases.

Use of frameworks like ABC-IDEAS or The Connected Caregiver Model must be attributed when used in public settings.
