The Practice Leadership Circle
If this workshop highlighted questions around service models, leadership, or navigating the changing NDIS landscape, the Practice Leadership Circle is designed for you. It's an ongoing mentoring space for allied health practice owners, sole traders, and senior clinicians who carry leadership responsibilities and want structured, thoughtful support as they build sustainable practices.
Members receive monthly 1:1 mentoring with Dave, regular group sessions focused on real-world practice and clinical challenges, and ongoing access between sessions via structured text or voice messaging, so support is relationship-based rather than ad hoc.
At roughly the cost of two therapy sessions per month, the Circle offers a high-leverage investment in clearer thinking, faster decision-making, and enduring practice resilience. This work is particularly relevant in the context of a rapidly changing NDIS and increasing pressure on allied health businesses.
